Breakfast Club
Ashchurch Playgroup will be opening a Breakfast Club in their building which shares the school site, from January 2018.
The club will be open Monday-Friday 8am - 8.50am term time only. The cost will be £3 per child per day, with a £1 sibling discount if both children attend the same session.
To book, a terms & conditions form (1 per family), a registration form (1 per child) and a booking form (1 per child) will need to be completed and returned to playgroup. Payment is in advance, not arrears, and will need to be paid in cash or by BACS trasnfer.
Forms have been emailed and are available to download below. Paper copies are available from the office or the playgroup staff.
