New Cross Country Shirts
Several weeks ago now Mr Rickaby received a letter from Bill in Y6 who is a member of our cross country team, explaining that our cross country shirts aren’t the most comfortable to wear and that they don’t stand out from the crowd in the distance with so many runners involved in each race.
Bill gathered ideas from the team to improve them and set about designing and working with Mr Rickaby to source them.
Today they arrived!
Not only do they look great, they are great for the environment too, 100% RePET recycled polyester, with 9-10 plastic bottles used to make each one!
We can’t wait to unleash them at Race 1 next week!
Bill even has some fundraising ideas to help cover some of the cost, so keep eyes peeled for more info soon!
