100 Club

The 100 Club is a small society lottery and is open to all parents, carers, staff and friends of Ashchurch Primary School.  Anyone over the age of 16 can join.

We are registered with Tewkesbury Borough Council: License number 23/01377/BGSMLT

£20 per year buys you 1 membership number (that we will allocate), which enters you into the monthly draw.

There is a maximum limit of 3 entries per person for each draw.

There will be 10 monthly draws (no draw in July or August) with a 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize.

Draws will take place on the school day closest to the 30th of each month by the headteacher using https://pickerwheel.com/tools/random-number-generator/  to generate the numbers.

To assist administration, we can only accept annual payments.  You may join at any time throughout the year by contacting [email protected] and paying the entry fee for the remainder of the year (£2 x however many draws left).

The prizes will total at least 45% of the annual income.

This will be apportioned as: 1st prize of 20%, 2nd prize of 10% and 3rd prize of 5% for 8 out of 10 months. The prizes for June and December will be higher with a 1st prize of 50%, 2nd prize of 25% and 3rd prize of 15% of the monthly income.

If you win, we will contact you to pay your prize by BACS or cheque.

The names of winners will by posted on School Spider and the parents' Facebook group.

The 100 Club will be run by the PTFA. In case of any dispute the decision of the committee is final.

If a winning number is not assigned and therefore no winner, that prize will rollover to the next month.

If a winner cannot be contacted, the winnings will be placed into PTFA funds after six months.
