Cross Country Results

Today was the cross country fun run & presentation at The Vineyards.  The children just about managed to finish their run and collect their trophies & certificates before the rain came!

Our cross country team this year has been smaller than in previous years but they have turned out in all weathers and represented Ashchurch brilliantly in all races this year.

Joe was 2nd in the top 10 boys

Ava was 3rd in the top 10 girls

Our boys were 3rd in the small schools competition

Our girls were 3rd in the small schools competition

Overall, our whole team came 2nd in the small schools competition.

We also have 4 children selected to represent the Tewkesbury area in the county cross country race taking place at St Edwards Prep School in Cheltenham this coming Saturday 2nd March.  

We wish Joe, Ava, Luka and Archie every success and are very proud of them for being selected.
