The FA Skills

At Ashchurch we love bringing in expert coaches to work with our children in PE, giving them the opportunity learn skills from the very best in their field. Last term we welcomed the Gloucester Rugby community team to teach tag ruby skills; this term is football’s turn as we work with The FA Skills team to develop football.

This week was our first session with coach Kirk McGinn. We played some spatial awareness games and learnt how to keep the ball away from our partners.  In Sapphire class, we had six football matches going on at once, all on the same pitch – crazy skills!
